The neon trend lit the runways, so there is no escaping from this 80’s trend. The fluorescent shades came to us thanks to the Kardashians, but its presence on the runway proved that it was more than a passing Instagram trend. Behold the confident shades oflime green, blinding yellow, extra hot pink and flame orange.

But if you are not so brave as to wear head-to-toe neon outfit we suggest you take it easy and add a pop of color to your outfit. Here are our suggestions on how to wear this blinding color without looking tacky.

Denim Vest

If you're looking for a beginner's guide on how to style bright hues, start with a casual streetwear aesthetic. The best way is through a denim vest that can be combined with any piece from your closet. Pair it with a black jumpsuit (also trending this season) to make the 80’s look complete. If you are feeling brave wear high platforms and a big hear. Get your vest in blinding yellow, lime green or extra hot pink HERE.

Neon Tulle Skirt

Now, for the braver, we suggest trying a tulle skirt. Tulle is such a romantic fabric but in this case, if you style it properly it can be an edgy statement piece. Dress it down with combat boots and a leather jacket or sky-high barely-there heels. To push it even further wear a cropped colorful boucle coat that balances the lightness of the tulle.
